Por otra parte, el "Papá" sustrajo las pertenencias de las víctimas del casino justo antes de provocar el incendio. También se le acusa de secuestrarr a dos personas a quienes liberó luego de cobar el rescate. De acuerdo a las autoridades con estos detenidos suman 15 en total los detenidos involucrados con el atentado.
