Planet Hollywood, a Caesar’s property Location: Mid strip, between Paris and BLVD, and across the street from Cosmopolitan and Bellagio. Room: Our room was definitely an older room, not recently renovated. Quite roomy though, and the tall ceilings were nice. It felt pretty large. Very big bathroom. Lots of counter space, huge soaking tub, separate shower, and separate toilet area. Great view of the strip and the pool, we could watch the Bellagio fountains from the window. Free mini fridge. Our floor didn’t have an ice machine though and that was wired. We do not love the 4pm check in for Caesar’s properties. Casino: The casino is fairly large, with a variety of game options. Tall ceilings. Always feels upbeat and happening in there. Plenty of table games. Sports book decent sized, and they have high limit tables and slots. Food: Carmella Gordon Ramsay Burger Pin Up Pizza Earl of Sandwich Strip House Steakhouse Yolos Mexican Grill Cafe Hollywood PF Changs Easy access to Miracle Mile food hall Activities: Criss Angel Mindfreak Jeff Dunham: Artificial Intelligence Various musical concerts and residencies Pool Various bars Overall Rating: Location is fantastic. Also great to be attached to miracle mile shops, access to food, shopping, and essentials without leaving the building. Room was fine, no major issues or complaints, and for a comped room we thought it was pretty awesome. We give it a thumbs up, would absolutely stay here again! And we definitely will check out the renovated rooms and new food hall in miracle mile shops!

For example, I always split 4's against a dealer 5 or 6. Some strategy charts say never to split 4's (I totally disagree). Every now and again I will deviate though, like maybe we will get a little crazy and split our 4's against a dealer 4. Also, please note, when I talk about the "correct" play, please note that I am looking at each hand as a whole in and of itself. I think, generally speaking, this is the mindset of most average basic strategy players. With that said, please note that there could be a "better" play based on card counts and/or shoe composition. BUT, for the purpose of my channel, we are almost (I say almost because sometimes I'll press my bet if I see lots of small cards come out in hopes of seeing some big ones on the next hand.) exclusively looking at each hand and considering only the cards on the table - not the previously played and discarded. 😊👍 My hope is that you will enjoy watching my blackjack play (or as some call it, 21 casino card game) and maybe even learn to play blackjack or even sharpen your skills through watching my big wins and losses. But, hopefully you will see lots of WINNING Blackjack Sessions. Sometimes we will play blackjack with side bets and sometimes without side bets. Sometimes we will play six deck shoes and other times double deck blackjack. We usually play blackjack in Las Vegas but also play in Colorado and Reno.
