Here is a single take of four sixths of the elevators on this property. Unfortunately the 330A that serves the convention area was blocked off, and I skipped the second sky terrace elevator because it exists outside and it would have been awkward to ride multiple times and go through their entry temperature check while filming.
Also the sky terrace escalators are currently being overhauled. Idk if they’re installing all new or just redoing the existing ones, but in a brief glimpse I got of one all of the steps were removed.
This is a beautiful hotel, and I love the casino atmosphere. The atrium lobby around the mid rise elevators has also been recently redone and is a very inviting space. I did not show the pool in this take because it wasn’t open when I filmed at 4:30am, but I will upload a separate video of it.
The only issue that this hotel has is parking. Due to COVID restrictions they are still not able to book full capacity, yet parking is scarce already. They could definitely benefit from the addition of a parking garage. I believe the idea of adding one had been discussed previously, but I’m not sure if it’s still in the future expansion plans or not. Hopefully so.

Welcome back! Today we talk about the Circus Circus casino in Las Vegas officially being for sale as of Jan 20th, 2025. Phil Ruffin, owner of TI, Circus Circus and half owner of Trump International, let the public know that the casino and land is for sale at a price of $5 billion. It's not cheap for a reason and he has many reasons for that. He says, "It’s got the highway, it’s got the Sahara, it’s got 2,000 feet on the Strip, and it’s the last Strip property. And 102 acres is just a massive amount of land — you can almost build a city on it." It does have many benefits and it would be exciting for a new owner to take over the project. Although it would be one of, if not, the last family orientated Strip casino to exist. It originally opened in 1968 with a full circus theme and had clowns everywhere, real animals and so much more inside! You can't find that anywhere else today on the Strip or in Las Vegas.
