Mejor dicho cada vez que un cliente entra en contacto con tu negocio se puede encontrar fundamentalmente en una de estas 3 fases! 👉 Cliente Frío 👉 Cliente Tibio 👉 Cliente Caliente El cliente frio: es aquel… que no te conoce, no conoce tu producto, no conoce tu servicio y está entrando en contacto contigo por la primera vez; llamandote, entrando físicamente a tu negocio o visitando tu sitio web o página facebook! El cliente tibio: es aquel… que ya sabe quién eres, que ya sabe que cosa vendes, de repente a puesto un like a tu página de facebook, pero, aún no ha comprado! Y es la fase más importante porque es el momento perfecto en la cual puedes calentarlo (comercialmente hablando) para hacerlo pasar a la fase sucesiva, mejor dicho transformarlo en un cliente caliente! Cliente caliente: es aquel que después de haber sido calentado finalmente Compra! Estas son principalmente las 3 fases a través de la cuales pasa una persona desconocida fría a cliente caliente! ... mejor dicho un cliente que compra mas y mas veces! ¿Y porque es importante tener presente este proceso? … porque según la temperatura de tu cliente la venta puede más simple o imposible! ¿Que quiero decir? Quiero decir que si tratar de vender tu producto/servicio a un cliente frio, la venta es casi imposible… simplemente porque no te conoce, no conoce tu producto y no sabe quién eres… y nadie facilmente compra de quien no conoce! Muchos me dicen la gente no compra mi producto! cuando en realidad no es que no compren tu producto sino prefieren comprar de quien ya conocen! Si al contrario propones una venta a un cliente tibio o mejor aún a un cliente caliente… la venta sera mas facil… simplemente porque hablaras con una persona que ya te conoce, sabe quién eres o de repente ya ha probado tu producto y conoce tu servicio! Te hago un ejemplo: Si un cliente te llama por teléfono para pedirte un presupuesto o simplemente entra en tu negocio para pedirte información sobre un producto… la primera cosa que deberías hacer es informarte si es un cliente frio, tibio o caliente! Porque según el tipo de cliente que tienes de frente... cambia tu misma respuesta! Si es un cliente frio, mejor dicho es un cliente que está entrando en contacto con tu negocio por la primera vez! Es inútil tratar de venderle rápidamente o mandarle un presupuesto… simplemente porque no te conoce y no conociendote no tomará en serio tu propuesta! Si tu objetivo real es vender… es más eficaz si lo transformas antes que todo en cliente tibio y sucesivamente en un cliente caliente! como? haciéndote conocer… informandote cual es la exigencia real que tiene que resolver, interesandote realmente en resolverle su problema! Y te digo esto porque cuando un cliente percibe un real interés de parte tuya… también percibe que eres la persona correcta para resolver su exigencia y muchas veces decide de comprar inmediatamente el producto! Si es un cliente tibio mejor dicho que ya te conoce pero aún no ha comprado tienes que seguir calentándolo hasta convertirlo en un cliente caliente… como? - Dándole siempre información de valor y ayudándolo y proponiendole un producto o un servicio de bajo costo… un producto o servicio que no tengan el objetivo de hacerte ganar dinero, sino que tengan el objetivo de hacerle probar tu producto o tu servicio y convencerlo a comprar nuevamente el producto o servicio!… lo que se llama en Marketing un producto de front-end! Y esto porque si ya te conoce y logras hacerle probar un pequeño producto o un pequeño servicio, la probabilidad que lo transformes en un cliente caliente es muy alta! Acuérdate que la venta en un mercado súper competitivo es más psicológica y emotiva que racional!
