Para la encargada del despacho de la Presidencia Municipal, Betsabé Rocha Nieto, esta medida atenderá una de las peticiones de los deudos de los fallecidos en ese atentado hace 13 años. "En hora buena por todo el trabajo de todos los participantes en estas comisiones, y sobre todo (para saldar) una deuda que tenemos como ciudad y como Administración municipal", afirmó
